About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, power, and emergency lighting systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
Communicate with clients, supervisors, and other trades to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of projects
Maintain accurate documentation and records of work completed
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
JIB approved
At least 2 years of experience as an Electrician
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
A valid UK driving license
